Our Community Manager will greet your guests and direct them to your chosen meeting room.
The meeting rooms are perfect for client meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops and training. Our meeting room can seat up to 6 people, boardroom up to 12 people and both rooms can be combined to seat up to 24 people.
All of our meeting rooms are equipped with the latest AV for effortless presentations, white boards, butcher paper for scribbling ideas on and are fully air conditioned.

We offer exclusive catering packages for our guests. Our onsite cafe Black Gold delivers directly to your meeting room.
All meeting rooms will be supplied with chilled water and have full access to our kitchen. Help yourselves to a beer, soft drinks, filtered water, a full range of teas and freshly ground coffee, microwave, kitchenware and fridge.

What is included in room hire? +
Simply arrive, and we will handle the rest! Our community manager will greet and direct your guests to your meeting room, econnect to our 100/100 fiber high speed WIFI, brainstorm on our white board or butcher paper and connect to our plasma TV.
Replenish with water, lollies and our coffee and tea station.
In the zone and don’t want to leave for a break? You don’t have to!
Our adjoining cafe Black Gold will deliver coffee’s and lunch directly into the boardroom, or our break out spaces for lunch.
Are there wheelchairs accessible bathrooms, pathways and entry? +
Yes! There sure is.
What is your maximum capacity? +
We have three different meeting room options in order to cater to your varying team sizes, but the maximum capacity for the meeting room is for 24 pax.
How can I get to Exchange Workspaces- Richmond? +
Any way you like! We offer bike racks, free 2 hour street parking, we are two minute walk from the tram network on Swan Street, and a 5 minute walk to Richmond Train station.
We also have one permit for use on all day meetings.
